Terms of Use
Welcome to our "Kingdom"! By using our website, visiting our showroom, or placing an order, you agree to these simple rules. These terms help us give you the best service possible.
1. Ordering & Payments
Prices: All prices are in Kenya Shillings (Ksh). While we try to be perfect, if we make a mistake on a price, we will tell you before we process the order.
Deposits: For Custom Furniture, we require a 50% deposit before our fundis start working. The remaining 50% must be paid before or exactly at the time of delivery.
Payment Methods: We accept M-Pesa, Bank Transfers, and Cash at our showroom.
2. Custom-Made Furniture
Your Design: When you ask for a custom bed or sofa, we build it based on the photos and measurements you give us.
Small Changes: Because our furniture is handmade by local artisans, there might be very tiny differences in wood grain or fabric shade compared to a screen photo. This makes your piece unique!
Final Sale: Once a custom piece is built to your specific size and color, it cannot be canceled or returned unless there is a factory fault.
3. Accuracy of Information
We try our best to show the real colors and sizes of our furniture online. However, colors can look slightly different on different phone screens. We recommend visiting our showroom if you want to see the exact fabric "in person."
4. Delivery & Access
The "Fitting" Rule: It is your responsibility to make sure the furniture can fit through your doors, lifts, or stairways.
Waiting Time: If our delivery team arrives and nobody is home to receive the items, a second delivery fee may be charged for a return trip.
5. Product Use & Safety
Our furniture is built for home and office use. Please follow our "Care Guide" (no jumping on sofas or using harsh chemicals on wood) to make sure your furniture lasts for many years.
6. Changes to Terms
We might update these rules from time to time to make them better. The rules that apply to your order are the ones active on the day you pay your deposit.
