1. Ordering & Custom Designs
Can I change the color of a sofa I see on the website?
Yes! That is our specialty. Most of our sofas and beds can be made in different fabrics and colors. Just chat with us on WhatsApp to see our current fabric swatch board.
How do I place a custom order?
Send us a photo or a sketch of the design you want.
Give us the measurements of your room.
We will give you a price quote and a timeline (usually 7–14 days).
Do I need to pay a deposit?
For custom-made furniture, we require a 50% deposit to start the work, with the balance paid upon delivery.
2. Delivery & Assembly
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Nairobi and surrounding areas (Kiambu, Syokimau, Ngong, etc.). We can also arrange transport for long-distance orders across Kenya.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees depend on your location. Some items include free delivery within specific parts of Nairobi—check the product description or ask our team!
Will you assembly the furniture for me?
Yes. Our delivery team are experts. They will set up your bed, dining table, or sofa in the exact spot you want it. You don't have to lift a finger.
3. Returns & Refunds
What if the furniture doesn't fit through my door?
Please measure your doors and hallways before ordering! If an item doesn't fit due to a measurement error by the customer, a transport fee may apply for the return.
I found a scratch on my new table. What do I do?
Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). If it happened during transport or at the factory, we will send a fundi to fix it or exchange the piece for a new one.
4. Furniture Care (Keep it Royal)
How do I clean my fabric sofa?
Daily: Dust it with a soft cloth.
Spills: Blot (don't rub!) with a damp cloth immediately.
Pro Tip: Keep your fabric furniture out of direct sunlight to prevent the color from fading.
How do I care for wooden tables?
Use coasters for hot tea or cold drinks. Every few months, use a little wood polish to keep the shine alive and prevent the wood from drying out.
