1. When can you return an item?

We accept returns for factory faults (problems made at the workshop).

  • At Delivery: Check your furniture as soon as it arrives. If you see a problem, tell our delivery team immediately.

  • After Delivery: You have 3 to 7 days to report any factory defects that you didn't see at first.

2. The Rules for Returns

To make the process smooth, please ensure:

  • The furniture is unused and in its original condition.

  • The problem is a factory fault (like a broken joint or wrong fabric) and not damage caused by the user.

  • You contact us within the 7-day window.

3. How to Start a Return (Hassle-Free)
